Service Centre is not responsible for any data lose and customer are advised to take proper BACKUP for their data before giving for repair service.
Jumbo warranty does not cover abuse, water logging and accidental damage (refer jumbo warranty card supplied along with units).
Accessories shall be accepted unless the set cannot be checked without the accessories. In case of such requirement accessories given along with unit needs to be recorded. No claims whatsoever during delivery of unrecorded accessories shall be entertained.
Jumbo warranty excludes batteries, stylus and all consumables and cosmetics parts.
Once estimate is approved the unit shall be delivered / collected towards the approved charges.
Estimate given is a provisional estimate and variation to 30% shall be allowed without further approval.
50% Labour charges for all units retuned under estimate not approved / inspection charges.
Your unit shall be delivered only upon producing this receipt.
Delivery against cash only. Cheques shall not be accepted.
Storage charges at Dhs.2/- per day will be levied if delivery of the repaired set is not taken within one month from the date of repair slip.
The equipment must be collected within three months from the date of this receipt the company reserves the right to dispose of uncollected sets after three months.
current repair charges would be applied on out of warranty repairs.
The units collected / transported to service centre and back will be on customer’s risk.
The repair slip is valid for only six months (180 days) from the date of issue.
Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court Dubai UAE.
Goods will constitute a lien for payment of service charges.
This repair is warranted for 30days (90days for consumer Electronics) from the date of delivery against defective workmanship however parts requiring further replacements are to be paid for.
